This rub was described by one of my customers as a “social hot”. It shares the same great southern cooking taste of our North Carolina Rub with the added kick of cayenne and habenero pepper. It’s not likely to get your guests mad at you for serving it to them but they will notice the kick. Great on anything you are grilling or smoking, or as a seasoning in soups, collards, or dirty rice. Each bottle has 11 ounces of spice mix.
